the board is organized by each bucket of work each campaign exists in — build safe communities, empower economic equity, create digital safety — etc. within each bucket, i organize all the data related to each campaign/programming, including relevant media coverage, funder reporting documents, relevant files, and tags to streamline keyword search.

i manage the board through bi-weekly finance and campaign updates from each project team — QAing and keeping the board up to date with the relevant strategy, overview, direction and relevant documents for each existing campaign.
