I joined Color Of Change, the nation's largest online racial justice organization, in April 2022. As a development strategist and writer, I create, draft, and review written products — including proposals, reports, pitches, and concept papers for our 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), and Political Action Committee (PAC) entities.

I manage internal/external programs and projects, while building and managing internal workflow systems including Monday.com CRM, and Hubspot CRM between finance, campaign, and funder stakeholders. I research and craft strategic briefs into compelling narrative storytelling on funder relationships and campaign priorities.

I fundraise, steward, and manage grant portfolios ranging from $75,000-$3MM.
